Misc. Appl. No.6382 of 2021, filed by the petitioner alongwith the rejoinder affidavit is taken on record. The petitioner by virtue of the I.A. No.6383 of 2021, had filed the supplementary affidavit placing reliance on the different judgments, which had been rendered by the Delhi High Court and various other High Courts of the country, on record and what implications would it carry to the issue involved in this writ petition, pertaining to the interpretation to be given to the circular relied by the petitioner.

The said supplementary affidavit is taken on record, subject to the filing of the supplementary counter affidavit by the respondents, with regard to the impact of the judgment on which the reliance has been placed by the petitioner, as well as to the impact of circular on which the reference has been made by the counsel for the petitioner.

Supplementary counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

List immediately thereafter.
