This criminal revision has been filed against the judgment dated 23.10.2021, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Criminal Case No.196 of 2017, "Smt. Pooja Sharma and Another Vs. Sri Sharad Sharma", whereby the learned Judge, Family Court has allowed the application of the applicants/ the respondent nos.2 and 3, filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. The learned Judge, Family Court has directed the revisionist / husband of the respondent no.2 to pay Rs.25,000/- per month to his wife and Rs.15,000/- per month to his daughter as maintenance allowance.

Heard Mr. Narendra Bali, the learned counsel for the revisionist, Mr. V.S. Rathore, the learned Assistant Government Advocate assisted by Ms. Lata Negi, the learned Brief Holder for the State and Mr. Tapan Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3.

The revision is admitted. Summon the LCR.
