                                 JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, he has applied for B.P.L. Ration Card, but his application is not being considered. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court.

2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that if petitioner's application for B.P.L. Ration Card is pending, the same shall be considered at the earliest

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Competent Authority to consider petitioner's application and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
