The learned Brief Holder submits that on the basis of the instructions received from the office of Chief Treasury Officer, Almora, as against the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, of which, a parity is being claimed by the petitioner, the State had preferred SLPs, bearing SLP Diary No. 27192 of 2021 and SLP No. 018806 of 2021.

Registry is directed to collect the information and to place it on record by way of office report, as to what is the status of the aforesaid SLPs and what orders have been passed on the same so far by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
