                              JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner of the B.Ed. Course 2016-18 and to immediately issue the mark sheets of all the four semesters completed by the petitioner pertaining to her Roll No.1611640032 and her Enrolment No.KU0610840.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to

award the Degree of Bachelor of Education to the petitioner without any further delay.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner for wasting her precious years and affected her career badly due to the conduct of the respondents.

2. Shri B.D. Upadhyay, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the University was granted time to get instructions in the matter. Today, on instructions, he submits that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the Vice Chancellor, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.

3. In such view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Vice Chancellor, Kumaun University, within two weeks. If such a representation is made, decision shall be taken thereupon by the Vice Chancellor within four weeks thereafter.

4. Let a certified copy of this order be issued to the parties within 24 hours, on payment of usual charges.
