This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 24.02.2021 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Sessions Trial No.04 of 2015, State vs. Sanjeev Majumdar.

Admit.

Summon the LCR.

List thereafter.

Also heard on the bail application (IA 1/21).

It is argued that the appellant has already served more than nine months and the appellant was on bail during trial and they never misused the said liberty.

The State counsel has no serious objection to the same.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the appellant is enlarged on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.

The appellant, however, shall deposit the fine as imposed by the Trial Court against him.

Bail application is allowed accordingly.
