This writ petition was decided by this Court vide its judgment dated 15.02.2021.

The petitioner's counsel has filed the correction application seeking correction of part of expression made in the paragraph no.8, of the judgment dated 15.02.2021, which initially referred as under:-

"for the reason being that there are other 13 other identical lease-holders"

In that place, the petitioner has sought to be corrected by mentioning that "there are other lesses in the State"

The correction as sought has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Hence, the expression made in paragraph no.8 of the judgment dated 15.02.2021 is "for the reasons being that there are other 13 other identical lease holders" is being corrected and permitted to be read as "there are other lesses in the State"

Accordingly the correction application stands disposed of.
