                       JUDGMENT

Learned Brief Holder has produced in Court today the order dated 11.09.2020 passed by Additional Director, Secondary Education, Garhwal Division, Pauri in compliance of order passed by Division Bench of this Court, which is taken on record.

2. Learned Brief Holder has also produced in Court today, an order dated 16.09.2020 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Civil Contempt Petition No. 58 of 2015 and other connected cases, in support of his contention that compliance of the order has been made in all the connected cases.

3. A perusal of the aforesaid orders indicates that the order passed by Division Bench of this Court has been complied with.

4. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed.

5. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
