As the case is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is squarely covered by the judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel intervenes and informed that there are 11 similarly placed cases pending before the Court beginning with WPSS No.1330 of 2020. He has given a list of it.
Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in some of the connected petitions counter affidavit has not been filed. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he may be provided two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that no rejoinder affidavit is required in these matters.
List the instant petition along with WPSS Nos.1330 of 2020, 1348 of 2020, 1399 of 2020, 1453 of 2020, 1454 of 2020, 1460 of 2020, 1854 of 2020, 1902 of 2020, 369 of 2021, 374 of 2021 and 389 of 2021 on 05.04.2021 for final hearing.
Respondents may like to file counter affidavits in connected matters on or before 31.03.2021.
On behalf of the petitioner again reiterated that since the matter is covered by the judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court, they need not require rejoinder affidavits in these matters.
