Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, Advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner is an applicant and a Society registered, which had been registered under the Societies Registration Act, wherein he has invoked the provisions contained under Section 5A of the Societies Registration Act; by moving an appropriate application before the court of District Judge, Dehradun, seeking permission to sell the property, which stands vested with the Society.

The said application has been registered as Misc. Case No.75 of 2020, which was instituted on 14.12.2020, considering the fact that it is a miscellaneous proceedings, which was not entailing a determination of the rights of the parties and which is a statutory permission which is being solicited under Section 5A of the Societies Registration Act, this writ petition would stand disposed of with a request to the District Judge, Dehradun; to decide the aforesaid application, which had been registered as Misc. Case No.75 of 2020, Grand Educational Society vs. Public at Large and another, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment.

Subject to the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
