Today, a bunch of writ petitions are listed before this Court. Out of which, one of the writ petitions at item no.28(1), being WPMS No.573 of 2017 "UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad Vs. Jagdish Lal and others" entailing consideration of an identical issue, for the recalculation of the amount of compensation, which was emanating from the respective miscellaneous cases, which has been filed in the pending execution proceedings before the learned court below, the aforesaid writ petition being WPMS No.573 of 2017, has already been dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its judgment dated 22.07.2019.

In view of the fact that the said writ petition has been dismissed and in the writ petitions being WPMS Nos.617 of 2017, 1227 of 2017 and 1893 of 2017 involves the same issue, is not disputed by the petitioners counsel, these writ petitions, would also stand dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 22.07.2019, as passed in WPMS No.573 of 2017.
