JUDGMENT
Petitioners filed WPSS No. 1027 of 2011 against cancellation of selection for the post of Primary School Teacher. The said writ petition was allowed and respondents were directed to issue appointment letter to the petitioners.
2. This contempt petition was filed with the allegation that the order passed by writ court has not been complied with.
3. Today, Ms. Monika Pant, learned counsel for the respondent has made a statement that the order passed by writ court has been complied with, inasmuch as, both the petitioners have been offered appointment as Primary School Teacher and they are
presently serving in the school run by Cantonment Board, Roorkee.
4. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition.
5. Accordingly, contempt petition is dismissed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
