                       JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, the concerned college permitted some other student to appear in her place in the back paper of the subject "History of European Painting", bearing Code No. SACL/DP/C011. By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the authorities to permit the petitioner to appear in the said back paper.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the University/respondent no. 1 submits that prima facie there appears to be some mistake on the part of the concerned College and he assures the Court that University will do the needful to permit the petitioner to appear in the said back paper, provided she files the examination form and deposit the requisite fee.

3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by recording the statement so made by learned counsel for the University.
