The petitioner, who is plaintiff in Suit No.47 of 2019, which is pending consideration before the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee, District Haridwar, has filed the present writ petition praying for an appropriate direction to the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee to decide the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

Looking to the age of the litigant, since the suit itself was instituted on 04.02.2019, this writ petition is being disposed of with a request to the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee to make all efforts to decide the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one year from the date of presentation of certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition accordingly, stands disposed of.
