Looking to the nature of dispute which engages consideration in the present writ petition, which was pertaining to the payment of the aforesaid dues, which is said to be fallen on the petitioner, as a consequence of the judgment rendered by Ombudsman on 20.06.2019.

I am of the view that this controversy could be settled by an amicable settlement, which could be arrived at by the efforts to be made by both the counsels in the proceedings before the National Lok Adalat, which is now schedule to be held on 10.04.2021. Hence, the parties are directed to appear before the National Lok Adalat on the said date i.e. 10.04.2021.

The counsel for the parties appearing today are requested to inform their respective clients to ensure their presence on the said date for venturing out the measures for entering into a settlement.
