This Writ Petition was decided by this Court by the judgment dated 5th April, 2021, whereby, in para 7 of the judgement, it was respondent No.3, who was directed to take a decision on the recommendation of the Director. Seeking its modification, the petitioner has filed the Modification Application No. 3 of 2021, praying that instead of respondent No.3, it should be modified as respondent No.1.
of 2021, would stand allowed. The expression, respondent No.3 given in para 7, of the judgment is modified to the extent that the same would be read as respondent No. 1.
The petitioner has also filed the Correction Application No. 2 of 2021, praying for that the name of petitioner, which has been described in the Writ Petition as Dr. Naushin Khan, the same has been wrongly transcribed in the order as Dr. Naushik Khan.
The said Correction Application too would stand allowed.
The name of the petitioner given in the impugned order as Dr. Naushik Khan, would be read and corrected as Dr. Naushin Khan in the order of 5th April, 2021.
