This writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide its judgment dated 18.06.2021. The petitioner has filed a Correction Application (MCC/2/2021), praying for making the necessary correction in the description of the name of the late husband of the petitioner, as it has been shown in the writ petition from 'Jai Kumar' to 'Nirdesh Kumar'.
The petitioner has prayed for that he may be permitted to make the necessary corrections in the entire body of the writ petition by describing the petitioner as to be the wife of 'late Nirdesh Kumar' instead of 'late Jai Kumar'.
The said oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted. He is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ petition with red ink within 48 hours'.
After making necessary corrections, as it has been orally prayed for and permitted to be carried, the Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the certified copy of the order dated 18.06.2021 also, describing the name of the late husband of the petitioner from 'Jai Kumar' to 'Nirdesh Kumar'.
Subject to above directions, the Correction Application stands disposed of.
