Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist.

Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. along with Ms. Sonika Khulbe, learned B.H. for the State.

Heard this matter through video conferencing. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 27.03.2021, passed by Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in criminal case no.77 of 2017, "Smt. Pallavi Dhiman Vs. Nikhil Sharma" whereby the learned Judge, Family Court allowed the application filed U/s 125 Cr.P.C. and directed the revisionist to pay Rs.20,000/- to the respondent per month as maintenance.

Admit.

Summon the LCR.

Heard on stay application.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that, as per the salary certificate, the gross salary of the revisionist is Rs.21,560/- per month while the Judge Family Court awarded Rs.20,000/- maintenance per month to the respondent which is against the law.

Issue notice to the private respondent. Steps within seven days.

List the matter on 10.08.2021. In the meantime, the revisionist will pay maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent instead of Rs.20,000/- per month as awarded by the Judge, Family Court.

Stay application (IA/1/2021) stands disposed of.
