This writ petition was admitted on 10.12.2020 and it is listed today on an Urgency Application No.10737 of 2021 filed by the petitioner.

The counter affidavit has not yet been filed though the challenge has been given by the petitioner to the judgment, as was rendered by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.

The urgency application, as preferred by the petitioner for the reasons given therein would stand allowed.

The writ petition is directed to be listed in the last week of February 2021. By that time respondent no.4 would ensure to file counter affidavit.
