JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question involved in this writ petition has been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 12.08.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 973 of 2020.
2. Learned Brief Holder does not dispute the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Since the controversy involved now stands settled by the aforesaid judgment, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 12.08.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 973 of 2020 and it is provided that if petitioner pays the penalty and fine, as imposed by the authorities, the authority concerned
shall consider releasing the vehicle in favour of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law.
4. Let a certified copy of this order be issued within 24 hours.
