          Mr. Mohd. Alauddin, learned counsel for the

  petitioners, informs this Court that both the petitioners

  are living peacefully and they do not perceive any

  threat to their lives and properties. Hence, this petition

 has become infructuous.


 2.        This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.


 3.        No order as to costs.


 4.        In sequel thereto, pending application, if any,

stands disposed-of.
