      This writ petition coming on for hearing this day,
Hon'ble Shri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, C.J.
delivered the following order:


                      JUDGMENT

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and to file a habeas corpus writ petition, inter alia, on the grounds that Mrs. Barkha Rani- petitioner no. 2 is being illegally detained by respondent nos. 5 to 8, her parents and relatives.

2. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn; the liberty, so sought for, is, hereby, granted.

3. No order as to costs.

4. In sequel thereto, pending application, if any, stands disposed-of.
