Hon'ble R.C. Khulbe, J.
Mr. Nirdesh Kandelwal, learned counsel for the revisionist.
Ms. Manisha Rana, learned AGA for the State.
This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 02.08.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate-I, Dehradun in Complaint Case No.897 of 2015 "Saurabh Gusain vs. Ankur Baunthiyal" as well as order dated 01.04.2021 passed by Additional Session Judge, Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No. 221 of 2019 "Ankur Baunthiyal vs. State of Uttarakhand".
Admit.
Heard on Bail Application (IA/1/2021). It is submitted by leaned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist has already paid the entire amount to the complainant/respondent; he has drawn the attention of the Court towards the documents (page nos. 50 & 51).
Accordingly, without making any comment on the merits, it is a fit case for bail at this stage.
The bail application is thus, allowed and the revisionist is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing one reliable surety to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
Issue Dasti/Notice to respondent no.2. List on 23.12.2021, after fresh.
(R.C. Khulbe, J.) 09.12.2021 R.Bisht
