                         JUDGMENT

Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced in Court today the judgment dated 26.03.2019 rendered by Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 522 of 2017. By the said judgment, the order passed by Writ Court, execution whereof is sought in this contempt petition, was set aside.

2. Since the order passed by Writ Court does not exist anymore, therefore, Contempt Petition is closed.

3. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
