                        JUDGMENT

By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents regarding the complete payment of the ambulance of the petitioner along with interest on late payment, which was hired by the respondents at C.H.C. Laksar during epidemic, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."

2. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that petitioner may be permitted to make representation and the Competent Authority be directed to take decision thereupon.

3. Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Roorkee. If such representation is made within ten days from today, Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Roorkee shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation alongwith certified copy of this order.
