JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
Mr. B.D. Upadhyay, the learned Senior Counsel
for respondent no. 2, gives an undertaking that the
arrears of salary of the petitioner shall be paid to him
within a period of three weeks.
2. Therefore, the learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that the matter has become
infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is,
hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
4. No order as to costs.
5. In sequel thereto, pending application, if any,
stands disposed-of.
