Mr. Raju Datta, learned PP has again sought for an adjournment submitting that not only the Investigating Officer rather the SDPO (GRPS) and SP (GRPS) are also in regular touch with their counterparts working at Hajipur, Bihar, and the police authority of Hajipur has again sought some time to send their report on verification.

Learned PP further submits that the matter may be fixed on the next Friday, and there is every possibility that the report will be received by the Investigating Officer within these days.
