Mr. Dhrubajyoti Saha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has prayed for relaxation of cost of Rs.2,000/- as was imposed upon TSECL earlier.

Mr. Saha, learned counsel submits that the time has been consumed by TSECL in collection of records, verification of departmental files, and obtaining instructions from the concerned authorities.

As it appears, TSECL entered their appearance on 10.09.2025 and thereafter they got several opportunities to file the counter-affidavit, thus, the Court is not inclined to relax the cost. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

Interlocutory application is, accordingly, disposed of.
