Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides.

Ld. Advocate General, Mr. S. M. Chakraborty submits that Shri Jitendra Kumar Sinha, IAS is not the Secretary of the Department of Home, Government of Tripura rather, Shri Abhishek Singh, IAS is discharging the function of the Secretary, Department of Home, Government of Tripura. Therefore, name of Shri Jitendra Kumar Sinha, IAS may be deleted from the Contempt proceeding.

Ld. Counsel Smt. Sujata Deb(Gupta) submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to implead Shri Abhishek Singh, IAS in place of Shri Jitendra Kumar Sinha, IAS.

Considered.

Name of Shri Jitendra Kumar Sinha (IAS) be deleted from the Contempt proceeding.

Petitioner may take necessary step by the next date for impleadment of Shri Abhishek Singh, IAS.
