Heard Mr. A.K. Deb, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Samarjit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the respondents- claimants.

This is an application filed by the applicants for condoning delay of 83 days in preferring the connected appeal.

Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the averments made in the application are self-explanatory. No objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents-claimants against the instant application.

In view of the above, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of as unopposed.
