This is an application filed under second proviso to section 173 of the

Motor Vehicles Act, for condoning the delay of 21 days in preferring the

appeal against the judgment and award dated 26.09.2024 passed in

T.S.(MAC) 79 of 2017 by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,

Tribunal No.1, West Tripura, Agartala.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

After perusal of the contentions made in the petition for condonation of

delay, this court finds satisfactory explanations. Accordingly, the delay of 21

days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned and, the application is

allowed and, thus disposed of.
