Counsel for the petitioner contends that though a memorandum

dt.10.12.2025 has been issued by the Directorate of Social Welfare & Social

Education, Agartala, Tripura, which is part of the Government of Tripura, for

implementing the judgment dt.04.07.2024 in WA No.135/2022, WA

No.136/2022, WA No.137/2022 and WA No.141/2022, payment to the

petitioner herein as also to the other appellants in the above referred appeals,

has not been made.

Counsel appearing for the respondents Mr. Mangal Debbarma

assures that the payment will be made shortly.

List the matter on 02.03.2026.
