applicant and Mr. Akash Pal, counsel appearing for the respondent.

This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of

52(fifty two) days in filing the appeal challenging the judgment dt.

15.05.2025 of the Learned Additional Judge, Family Court, West Tripura,

Agartala in T.S.(DIV)274 of 2022.

Counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection for

condonation of the above period of delay.

Therefore, this application is allowed and the delay in filing the

appeal is condoned.
