challenge the action initiated by the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 before the 4th

respondent by approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn,

granting liberty to the Writ Petitioners to approach the said Tribunal.
