Order 16/02/2026 Learned Counsel Mr. S. Bhattacharjee is present for the

applicant-petitioners.

Learned Counsel Mr. A. Bhaumik appeared for the newly

added respondents No.6 and 7.

This petition is filed by the newly added respondents No.6

and 7 as petitioners for vacating the interim order dated

18.09.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C)No.550 of 2025.

At this stage, Learned Counsel Mr. A. Bhaumik submitted

that the copy of the said application is already been supplied to

Learned Counsel for the original petitioners and in pursuance of

Article 226 (3) the matter is to be disposed of within a period of

two weeks from the date of supply or receipt of copy of this

application.

Heard Learned Counsel Mr. S. Bhattacharjee for the

petitioners in original who submitted that a scope may be given to

the petitioners to file an objection.

Request is considered.

List this matter on 23.02.2026.

In the meantime the petitioners in original may file their

objection supplying copy to the other side.
