appearing for the petitioners, list the matter on 03.03.2026.

Learned Counsel, Mr. Milan Laskar has appeared on behalf of

respondent No.7 and sought time to file counter-affidavit.

Request is considered.

Notice upon respondent Nos.2 to 7 have been duly served

but none appears today.

Learned Addl. G.A., Mr. M. Debbarma appears vice Learned

Addl. G.A., Mr. Dipankar Sarma for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.

However, for the sake of justice another scope is given to

respondent Nos.1-6 to file their counter-affidavit, if any, supplying

copy to the other side.

List the matter on 03.03.2026.

In the meantime, the respondents are at liberty to file their

counter-affidavit.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is requested to

supply the copies of the relevant documents to Learned Counsel

for respondent No.7 within 7 (seven) days.
