13/02/2026 Learned Senior Counsel Mr. P. Roy Barman assisted by

Learned Counsel Ms. S. Deb Barman is present for the petitioner.

Learned Addl. G.A. Mr. K. De appears for the respondents

and seeks indulgence to file counter-affidavit.

Request is considered as a last chance.

At this stage it is submitted by Learned Senior Counsel that

in pursuance of the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by this Court

in connected IA No.01 of 2025 the respondents did not allow the

petitioner to join in the office.

It is submitted by Learned Addl. G.A. that it is informed to

him that the petitioner till today did not attend office in pursuance

of the order of this Court.

In view of the situation the petitioner is asked to join her

duties immediately failing which the petitioner shall have the

liberty to file appropriate petition before this Court.

List this matter on 09.04.2026.
