Learned Counsel Mr. G. Das is also present for the OP-

respondent.

It appears that till today the petitioner has not complied the

order dated 08.12.2025 passed by this Court which shows that the

petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter

furthermore. This kind of conduct is not at all warranted and

satisfactory. However, it is submitted that copy is supplied by this

time by the petitioner to the counsel for the respondent.

So, list this matter for final hearing on 23.03.2026.
