Heard Mr. Purusuttam Roy Barman, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The matter is of counting of past service of the period when the petitioner worked in Border Security Force and later on joined in the Tripura Police Communication Organization. He is still in service.
Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharyya, learned Government Advocate, appears and accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents and seeks time to submit counter affidavit.
