Learned Counsel Mr. D. Chakraborty is present for the

petitioner.

Learned P.P. Mr. R. Datta is present for the State-

respondent.

The petitioner has challenged the entire FIR bearing No.0001

of 2025 registered at Belonia Women P.S. under Section 85,

118(2), 351(2) of the BNS, 2023.

Notice upon the private respondent No.2 is duly served.

Learned Counsel Mr. K. D. Singha appears for the

respondent No.2 and submitted that he wants to file objection.

Request is considered.

Learned P.P. is asked to apprise the Court about the latest

position of investigation of the said case on the next date.

List this matter on 07.05.2026.

In the meantime Learned P.P. may submit a report before

this Court on the next date about the progress of investigation of

the case.
