When the case is called, both parties are present before this Court.

During the course of arguments, it is seen that certain documents filed along with vacate stay application i.e. IA. No.02 of 2026, the same are illegible and to this, Mr. SM Chakraborty, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant seeks accommodation to place relevant documents which will be replaced by duly legible and typed copies.
