Learned Counsel Dr. M. Roy is present for the petitioners.

It appears that out of eight respondents the respondents

No.1-4 have filed their counter-affidavit. But in spite of allowing

adjournment the other respondents have not filed counter-

affidavit till date. From the record it appears that by the order

dated 20.11.2025 scope was given to the respondents No.4 and 8

to file counter-affidavit and also as per order dated 17.12.2025

the scope for filing counter-affidavit by the respondents No.6-8

was closed. So there is no scope to review the order at this stage.

So based on the pleadings on record this case will be proceeded.

By this time the petitioners have filed their rejoinder.

List this matter on 10.07.2026 for hearing.
