Heard Mr. Aditya Baidya, Learned Counsel appearing on

behalf of Learned Counsel Ms. Saswati Nag, on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the connected revision petition

challenging the judgment and order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the

Learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura in connection

with case No. Crl. Misc. No.16/2024 and along with the petition another

application has been filed for condoning the delay of 156 days in

preferring the revision petition.

Issue notice to the respondent.

The petitioner may take steps for service of notice upon the

respondent wife both by normal process and registered post with A/D or

Speed post within seven (7) days and file proof of service.

List the matter on 04.05.2026.
