Heard Ms. Sutapa Deb Barman, learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner and Mr. Karnajit De, learned Addl. G.A. appearing for

all the respondents.

Earlier vide judgment dated 26.06.2025, passed in WP(C)

No.376 of 2024, the appellate authority was directed to dispose of the

appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of dismissal preferably

within 02(two) months with a reasoned order. Now, according to the

petitioner, the appellate authority has rejected said appeal and,

therefore, the writ petition has been filed.

Mr. De, learned Addl. G.A. submits that a review petition is

already pending regarding the judgment dated 26.06.2025 passed in

WP(C) No.376 of 2024 and said Review Petition is numbered as

Rev.Petition No.21 of 2025.

List this matter along with the same Review Petition No.21

of 2025 on the same day before Puja Vacation.
