This second appeal is admitted on the following

substantial question of law:

"Whether Judgment dated 03.06.2025 passed by the Ld. District Judge, South Tripura, Belonia in TA 01 of 2023 and related decree thereof are perverse for not taking into account the oral evidences adduced from the side of appellant-plaintiff and for non application of sub-section(2) of Section 46A of Tripura Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960."
