Order
[1] This application has been filed under Chapter VIII, Rule A3
(g) of the High Court of Tripura Rules, 2023 for passing an interim order
staying the operation of the Judgment and Order dated 24.07.2024 passed by
the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP (C) No. 550 of 2024 till disposal
of the connected appeal.
[2] Heard Mr. D. Sarma, learned Addl. G.A. appearing for the
applicant-State.
[3] For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the
averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, this
Court grants interim stay in the operation of the impugned judgment and order
dated 24.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 550 of
2024 till disposal of the appeal.
[4] In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed
and thus, the same is disposed of.
