Order 27/03/2025
Despite the order dated 11.02.2025, no original certified copy of
the impugned judgment has been brought on record. What has been annexed is
a one page order of the learned Family Court, Agartala in T.S.(Divorce) No.80
of 2020 dated 19.06.2024 containing the operative portion of the judgment by
which the marriage between the parties was dissolved under Section 13(1)(i-a)
of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The averments in the memo of appeal do not
match with the date and number of the divorce suit which also needs to be
corrected.
For both the reasons, 4(four) weeks' time is allowed to the learned
counsel for the appellant/applicant to do so, failing which the appeal shall stand
dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
