Learned Counsel Mr. Nepal Majumder submitted that in

similar other matters Hon'ble the Supreme Court has granted stay

but at this stage he could not place any record before this Court

for further consideration.

So, after hearing the parties it is ordered that Learned

Counsel Mr. Majumder be asked to place on record the

judgment/order of Hon'ble the Supreme Court, if any, regarding

passing of stay on the similar subject matters for further proceeding

of this case.
