Order 28/07/2025 Learned Counsel Mr. S. Lodh is present for the petitioner.

Seen the judgment and order dated 07.01.2023 delivered by

a Coordinate Bench of this High Court in WP(C)No.835 of 2021

and also seen the subsequent order dated 02.04.2024 delivered

by Division Bench of this High Court in W.A. No.108 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner at this stage has drawn

the attention of this Court that the order dated 14.07.2025

delivered by Division Bench of this High Court wherein a direction

was given to place the matter before the Single Bench regarding

payment of salary and allowance for the period of suspension.

Accordingly, the matter is listed before this Court. It appears to

this Court that regarding pay and allowances of the petitioner

during the period of suspension was not interfered with by the

Learned Division Bench.

Learned Advocate General Mr. S. M. Chakraborty assisted by

Ms. P. Chakraborty, Learned Counsel appears for the respondent

No.3.

So considering the facts and circumstances of the case let

the notice be issued upon the respondents No.1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.

The petitioner may take steps for service of notice upon all

the respondents except the respondent No.3 within three days

from today both by normal process and also by registered A/D

post and file proof of service.

List this matter on 08.09.2025.
