Order 11/07/2025 Learned Counsel Mr. H. K. Bhowmik is present for the
petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred an appeal challenging the
judgment and order of acquittal dated 04.06.2025 delivered by
Learned J. M. 1st Class, Amarpur, Gomati Judicial District in
connection with Case No.CR(N.I.) 08/2016 under Section 138 of
N.I. Act. Along with memo of appeal this leave petition is filed
under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. for granting leave to prefer this
appeal.
Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Addl. P.P. Mr. R. Saha is present for the State-
respondent.
